In this course, we explore and critically evaluate key macroeconomic frameworks such as Keynesianism and Modern Monetary Theory. We begin by analyzing the foundations of these models, then move into structured debates where students challenge assumptions, compare theoretical perspectives, and apply them to real-world events.

The course concludes with student-led video discussions that present innovative ideas on how economic thinking can evolve. Together, we examine how societies can better balance People, Planet, and Profit—and what tools, policies, and creative economic approaches might help achieve more sustainable and equitable outcomes.
