Admission requirements
To be admitted to the master’s study program International Real Estate Management (M.Sc.) at Fresenius University of Applied Sciences, you need to fulfil the following requirements:
You need a bachelor’s degree comprising at least 180 ECTS credits, at least 30 of which must be in business-related subjects.
You must either be a native English speaker or provide proof of English language proficiency at level B2 (CEFR), e.g. a TOEFL iBT score of at least 70 or an IELTS score of at least 6.0.
Alternative admission options: If you do not yet meet all the requirements, you can take an admissions test or attend preparatory courses to acquire the necessary knowledge.
