IN International Tourism & Event management

The Master’s program provides specific expertise in tourism and event management as well as an understanding of the general principles of business administration with an international outlook.

In the first and second semester, you will learn about interdisciplinary aspects of international tourism and event management, international business management, and advanced management. You will spend the third semester abroad before returning to complete the degree in the fourth semester, most of which is dedicated to the Master’s thesis. All program content is taught in English.

During your studies at Hochschule Fresenius, you’ll always take a practically oriented approach to new topics and questions, as well as attending frequent excursions and guest lectures to gain a direct insight into everyday working life in the tourism and events sector.

You’ll also spend the third semester of your Master’s program in International Tourism & Event Management (M.A.) abroad in a non-German-speaking country, where you’ll complete an internship in order to familiarize yourself with your chosen professional fields and to gain vocational experience by participating in specific work processes.
